Bosc pears are medium- to large-sized pears, with quite thin necks, Their skin is greenish-brown to dark cinnamon-brown in colour, while their flesh is white, juicy and aromatic. Bosc pears are available between March and November and are a good choice for cooking with. Try them baked, in tarts, pan-fried or served in salads.
To Store If pears are unripe, store them at room temperature for approximately 3-8 days or until they give gently pressure. Try to occasional turn the pears until ripen. for ripened pears, store in refrigerator for up to four days.

These potatoes are seconds only because they have stone holes in them. Besides this they are perfectly food eating if you dont mind the holes.
Mondial potatoes are an oval-shaped variety, with pale yellow skin and flesh. They’re good boiled for salads or mash, as well as roasted, but are not so good for frying. 
To Store Store potatoes in a cool, dry place away from light – the corner of a kitchen cupboard is ideal
