The People’s Market Perth is Dru’s baby, this is how it started…
As a wife and mother of three children, I am passionate about the food I feed my family. I became sick of sub standard and over priced “fresh produce” in my area and in fact around Perth. I wasn’t always able to get to the markets on the weekend and I needed the convenience of delivery too, without paying a small fortune to feed my family fresh produce. So we are now able to buy quality, fresh, local, bulk fruit, vegetables and groceries cheaper than the big supermarkets can supply.
We aim to still pay farmers a fair price for their produce and be able to support local family run businesses and charities in the process.
We are always on the look out for Perth family run businesses that will supply us with quality local produce. Fruit and veg, meat, honey, oils, etc. So if you know of any one please let us know or ask them to contact us.
By coming together through this group we are able to increase our buying power with our suppliers, this makes it more affordable and accessible to provide all of our families with fresh and healthy food options.
How do I become a member?
Membership is currently open and free to join. You can become a member by going to the “Membership Registration” menu link… Please also join our Facebook page to keep up to date with any market news, specials and updates @ The People’s Market Perth.
How do I order?
You can order weekly via the “place an order” tab. We offer home delivery and delivery to our hubs around Perth.
We aim to bring you efficient service, new local products with a wonderful community spirit…I highly value our members and believe in giving business in turn to our members that can offer us a service. We believe in buying local and working locally within our community to help those around us.
This is also why we donate suspended baskets of fresh produce to St Albans Soup Kitchen. I feel it is very important to give back to our local community and this is one way we can help those needing it the most.
What can we order?
We run weekly orders of conventional and organic fruit, vegetables, meat and dairy, bread, cheeses and milk products and of grocery items such as nuts, seeds, flours, gluten free goods, oils, toilet paper, and much much more. Click on the “Order” menu link near the top of the page to see our range.
How do I collect my order?
Currently we have pick up available in Caversham Friday Afternoon, and many extra pickup hubs for your orders including, Ballajura, Booragoon, Como, Doubleview, Madora Bay (Mandurah), Mt Lawley, Noranda, Hillarys, Warwick, Viveash and with more opening soon! We also offer a delivery service around Perth to your door.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders placed through our website must be paid for at the time they are ordered. This is done via pay pal – credit / debit and savings card payments can be made through pay pal. We do not accept cash on pick-up, your order must be prepaid.
How do I know what is available to order when?

How long will it take for me to get my products?
Below are the different orders we run and the approximate delivery time.
We are open for pick ups every Friday from Caversham and we deliver to your home and our hubs every Friday.
Sometimes the products you have ordered are out of stock. If we can not fill your order you will receive a copy of your invoice with the refunds noted. Your money will be refunded by the following Saturday.
How can I help?
We encourage people to help when they can. Often we need help packing orders and welcome any help that you can offer, however it is not a condition of membership. For all orders we charge a $4 packing fee, which we give back 100% to those people able to volunteer their time to help us. We offer this packer’s payment to you as a refund on your fruit and veg order via pay pal or your store account as a credit.
